- Location Services: Optional permission used exclusively to navigate and locate our nearest physical showroom branch.
- Push Notifications: To deliver daily gold/silver rate updates, transactional receipts, and monthly scheme installment reminders.

We use your data for processing scheme enrollments, maintaining transaction ledgers, sending reminders, and offering support.

4. Payments, Cancellations & Refund Policy
Online scheme installment payments are processed through secure, RBI-approved gateways (Razorpay). We do not capture or store your credit/debit card numbers, CVV codes, net banking credentials, or UPI PINs.
Payment Outcomes & Refunds:
- Success: Successful transactions are instantly updated in your scheme ledger, and an SMS/App notification confirmation is sent.
- Failed / Cancelled Payments: If a payment fails or is cancelled mid-way but the amount is debited, the payment gateway automatically processes a refund to the original payment source within 5 to 7 working days.
- Scheme Cancellation / Withdrawal: In compliance with gold chit guidelines, scheme cancellations are settled strictly in the form of gold/silver jewelry at our physical showrooms (no cash refunds).
